Sangha Lodge
Spacious, comfortable wooden cottages with beautiful views overlooking the magnificent Sangha River.
The food and service is fabulous. The activities on offer are exceptional, more than any other single destination. Being off the beaten track, one has the feeling of exclusivity as one enjoys viewing the gorillas, bongos or forest elephants alone. We had a perfect time in Bayanga - a little bit too short, but maybe we will come back.

It is a wonderful lodge in a very nice region at the Sangha river. A lot of activities were very interesting. We saw a habituated group of gorillas in the rain forest., sitatungas, elephants, an African Crowned Eagle, Hartlaub's duck from a mirador. We took part in hunting with pygmies and learned a lot of things about trees and plants. The cabins of the lodge are comfortable with a fantastic view in the bend of the river. The catering was very good, Andre a super cook.
